spent a great couple of nights here. the room was amazin with great views of the clyde. breakfast was yummy with loads of choices and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially alan. it's a small hotel, and it felt cozy and homey. would def stay again if we’re ever back in largs.
only thing is that we wished the hotel was closer to town, and the front door isn't automatic.

I recently enjoyed a two-night stay here, primarily to explore the beautiful local attractions. The breathtaking views from the dining area really stood out, making each meal special. I also appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the variety of breakfast options available each morning. noise from the busy street outside was somewhat disruptive at night, and getting the shower to work was a bit confusing. it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider visiting again.

Excellent food options with a diverse dinner menu and hot, cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, complemented by breathtaking views of the Clyde. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs. our room felt dated with limited storage, and we struggled with low water pressure in the ensuite. Car parking was also challenging during the weekend. These factors might lead me to consider other hotels next time.

We had a fantastic time with friends. The meals were top-notch, and we loved exploring the local sights, like the paddle steamer and the tennis courts. The hotel offered great amenities and the breakfast was a highlight. we felt it was a good value for money.
The parking situation was a bit of a hassle. It was quite tight, and we had to move our cars around a few times to get in and out, which was frustrating.

A bit more seating for seniors would be nice.
